Cold Brew Tonic
Smoother and less acidic than espresso tonic, and you can make it without a machine.

Ingredients
- 2 oz cold brew concentrate
- 5 oz tonic water
- 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional)
- Orange peel, to garnish
- Plenty of ice
Method
- 1Fill a tall glass to the top with ice.
- 2Add the tonic water.
- 3Pour the cold brew slowly over the back of a spoon so it layers on top.
- 4Express an orange peel over the surface and drop it in.

Notes
- Cold brew is less acidic than espresso, so this is the gentler of the two coffee tonics.
- Skip the syrup first time — good tonic is already sweet.
- Works with an equal amount of grapefruit soda in place of tonic.
