Ingredients
- 2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup, optional
- 3 oz soda water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- Orange twist and fresh cranberries, to garnish
Method
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add the cranberry and orange juice and stir.
- 3Top with soda water or sparkling wine.
- 4Express an orange twist over the surface and drop it in with a few cranberries.

Notes
- Unsweetened cranberry, not cranberry cocktail — you want the tartness to push against the orange.
- Frozen cranberries work as ice cubes and stop it diluting.
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine turns this into the easiest party drink on the list.
