Honey Citrus Cooler
Three citrus fruits and honey over ice. Nothing exotic, and one of the best things on this list.

Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 3 oz soda water
- Pinch of salt
- Citrus wheel, to garnish
Method
- 1Add the three juices, honey syrup and salt to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- 4Top with soda and garnish with a wheel of whichever citrus you have.

Notes
- Three citrus fruits taste considerably more complex than one — this is the cheapest way to make a drink taste built.
- Honey syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part hot water) dissolves properly where raw honey clumps.
- Add a dash of non-alcoholic bitters for depth.
