Moscow Mule Mocktail

Ingredients
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz ginger beer (a spicy one, not a sweet one)
- 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional, depending on your ginger beer)
- Lime wedge and candied ginger, to garnish
- Crushed ice
Method
- 1Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice.
- 2Add the lime juice and the syrup if using.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir once.
- 4Garnish with a lime wedge and a piece of candied ginger.
