Mango Chilli Cooler
Sweet, hot and salty at once. The most interesting thing you can make from a frozen bag of mango.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz cold water
- Pinch of chilli powder, plus more for the rim
- Pinch of salt
- Tajín or chilli-salt, for the rim
Method
- 1Rim a highball glass with lime and chilli-salt.
- 2Blend the mango, lime juice, syrup, water, chilli and salt until smooth.
- 3Pour into the prepared glass.
- 4Dust the top with a little more chilli powder.

Notes
- Frozen mango means no ice is needed, so nothing gets watered down.
- The salt-chilli-lime combination on the rim is the point — don't skip it.
- Thin with more water if it's too thick to drink through a straw.
